How you get paid

• $50 for every qualifying sale made with your code. Every one is paid — there is no minimum to reach.
• Paid by the 15th of each month, for sales at least 30 days old.
• Pick your own code — your channel name, not a random word — so your audience remembers it and trusts it.
• Your audience saves $50, so you are bringing them a real saving, not asking a favor. Free to join, nothing to buy.

How it works

1. Apply below — name, email and where you would share it.
2. Finish sign-up with Stripe. They verify your identity and collect your tax form (W-9) and your bank details.
3. Your code arrives by email as soon as Stripe confirms you can be paid.
4. We pay by the 15th of each month, for sales at least 30 days old. Every qualifying sale is paid — there is no threshold to reach.

Straight answers

• The FTC requires you to say you earn a commission wherever you promote. "I earn a commission if you buy through my code" is enough.
• Your tax form and bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. Where a 1099-NEC is required it is issued through Stripe.
• The program is open to US residents. You promote online only — your own site, list, social accounts or videos.
• Either of us may end the arrangement at any time. Commission already earned is still paid.

How should we pay you?

As an individual — Stripe will ask for your name, date of birth and the last 4 of your SSN. Through my business (LLC, corporation, partnership) — Stripe will ask for your EIN and registered business name instead of your SSN. Payment and your 1099 go to the business.

We record referred sales by state to stay on the right side of state tax rules. It never affects what you earn.

The agreement you are accepting

These are its main terms. This summary is not the contract — the full Affiliate Agreement is, and it is linked below. Please read it.

• You earn $50 for every qualifying sale made with your code. Every qualifying sale is paid — there is no minimum to reach.
• Sales are matched only by your code at checkout, typed by the buyer or carried in by your link for that visit. No cookies, no pixels.
• Paid by the 15th of each month, for sales at least 30 days old, once the refund and dispute window has closed.
• Refunded or charged-back sales are reversed against a later payout.
• You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, wherever you promote. The FTC requires it.
• You may not buy through your own code, bid on our brand name in ads, or make income claims about the product.
• You are an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes. Stripe collects your tax form and issues any 1099.
• You promote online only — your own site, list, social accounts or videos. No door-to-door, no cold calls, no taking orders or money on our behalf. Buyers always buy directly from us.
• Every January 1 we email you a short form to sign, confirming the line above is still true. You have 30 days. Accepting this agreement is this year’s confirmation.
• The billing cycle is a calendar month. A sale counts toward a payout only if it is 30 days old by the last day of that month; anything later falls into the next cycle. We calculate on the 1st and pay by the 15th.
• We cannot send you money until Stripe verifies your identity and tax details (name, address, SSN or EIN — what a W-9 collects). US tax law requires it. You give that to Stripe, never to us. Your commission keeps accruing and is paid in full once you are verified — nothing is lost by finishing it late.
• If you miss that 30-day deadline your account lapses: your code still gives your audience their discount, but a sale made while you are lapsed earns you no commission, and signing later does not reinstate it. Sign on time and nothing changes.
• Either of us may end the arrangement at any time. Commission already earned is still paid.

I have read the full Affiliate Agreement and accept it, including the requirement to disclose that I earn a commission. I confirm that I promote online only and do not solicit orders for OrahMade LLC in person, by telephone, or door to door — in my state or any other — and I will tell OrahMade LLC if the state I operate from changes. I understand that I must sign a certification form each January within 30 days, that if I do not my account lapses, and that while my account is lapsed my code still gives my audience their discount but a sale made with it earns me no commission at all — signing later does not reinstate a commission on a sale made while I was lapsed. I accept that keeping my email address current and signing on time is my responsibility. I understand that disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Commercial Rules, that I waive a jury trial and any class or representative action, and that I may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting this agreement by emailing support@orahmade.com. I understand the billing cycle is a calendar month, that a sale counts toward a payout only if it is 30 days old by the last day of that month, that later sales fall into the next cycle, and that a sale refunded or charged back before payment is deducted from it. I understand that OrahMade LLC cannot send me any money until Stripe has verified my identity and my tax details — legal name, address and SSN or EIN, the same information a Form W-9 collects — that this is required by US tax law and is not a preference, that I give that information to Stripe and never to OrahMade LLC, and that my commission keeps accruing and is paid in full once I am verified. Nothing is forfeited for completing it late.
